I went today. I was annoyed how this one employee completely stepped in front of this really polite young lady who was being pleasant. He just abruptly jumped in front of her to to take my order. I didn't want him to take my order, his demeanor was not customer friendly. I didn't even want to order anything after I encountered his negative energy and presence. Stop causing division between people with your rotten agenda.

Iced americano is the worst I’ve had from a Starbucks. The coffee is alright tho

While it’s a Starbucks and the drinks are good, it’s take out only. Do not expect to come here and work remotely. All the tables and chairs are removed. My guess is they had a big issue with loitering and people not buying anything.

Paid for extra caramel and they did not give it to me. One of the employees saw that I wasn’t happy with the outcome and asked me “What was wrong” and I stated that I paid for extra caramel and she barely gave me extra caramel but they charged me for extra caramel and he proceeded to say “it is extra caramel” as I am looking at there not being extra caramel in my drink. It’s like why did you ask what’s wrong if you weren’t going to fix the issue? I was going to get a refund but I didn’t want to be late for work. He tried arguing with me but I’m a woman and he’s a man. I’m not going back and forth with a grown man about something I paid for. So if you see that they have a two star rating this is why. I shouldn’t have come here. Ruined my Sunday morning

Awesome spot 2 get coffee, sweet drinks, snacks & sandwiches. Luv that they've wifi if u wanna use your phone or laptop 4 business.

Idk the barista name who made my drink did it very well 😅 she even put a small note in the drink I ordered she only does it when it not super busy im sure she it to other customers as well no special treatment.. I definitely leave a tip everytime I come here

This is my neighborhood Starbucks, so I order from here regularly. The team is so friendly and happy, my drink is usually always ready by the time I get there, and made consistently well. I love the redesign and the walk-up window, which makes it easier to stop by when walking my dog - who they usually offer a pup-cup to!

They ruined it by making it carry out only. I can make coffee at home for 1/10the the price, and it tastes better. What's the point?

We arrived with my wife for coffee, the service from the cashier was lousy, it was rude and unkind; in addition we ordered 2 coffee, one was horrible in taste and the other was only half the container despite having paid for the big one.

No Bathroom, what kind of food selling establishment doesn’t have a bathroom. Go someplace else with your money.

Good customer service, workers are all pleasant very nice, made drinks fairly quickly super chill and cool place!! Thanks to Aaron who very kindly attended us!!!!

Worst coffeeshop in the neighborhood

The barista making my drink this morning at 8:40am was very nice. I forgot to ask for ice coffee and she kindly makes my drink. Very friend too. Thank you Ms. Copia
