I've been going here for years. Five stars for Dani, and really the whole crew. True, this is just an OK location inside a Crate and Barrel, and there is a much better coffee shop property a few doors down. But there is a decent outside seating area, and the staff is A+, always has been.
I feel bad leaving a negative review because it’s obvious how stressed and overworked the staff are, but this Starbucks is a train wreck. They’re always out of everything, including cups: usually when you order a tall or grande, they’ll give you that amount in a huge trenti cup, and then charge you for that size without asking. Servers are constantly yelling and get angry when customers aren’t immediately there to pick up their orders. Last time I was there I was rushing...read full review

Today, I ordered here. I want grand size. So, I certainly told an employee grand size. She showed me grand size cup. However, she suddenly sized up without my me knowing or even if I did not request. As soon as I received my drink, I embarrassed and felt that employees handled my orders regardless of my request when my English was awkward.
