Let's be honest it is Starbucks but if you are in the area and need a breath of fresh air with an abundance of positive attitude, come to this Starbucks and have Donald serve you. Donald served several people constantly engaging each person with polite, direct communication ending it with positive comments in some form of having a great day. Donald's behavior displayed his personal gratitude for the customers that came in.
I continued to observe the staff as I ate and enjoyed my drink. Donald continued to shine and his parents & management should be proud. Well done young man.

The staff at this Starbucks provide good customer service and make excellent drinks. I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino® and was satisfied. I would highly recommend this location.

In the past, I complained that this store routinely turns-off the coffee machine more than 30 min before the official closing time and tell you that they’re out of coffee. I changed my rating after the manager apparently asked the employees to keep serving coffee until closing time. Alas, that didn’t last long and today I heard the same story. So, in reality, they close at 8 pm, not 8:30 pm.
With a variety of customers came in with definitely some interesting customers, and with only three staff working there at the time, I think the staff were doing their best. They were being professional, taking the orders as quick as possible, getting all orders done as fast as possible. Let’s give them some encouragement. I think a fourth staff is definitely needed.

The macchiato was rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced — just the right touch of espresso strength with a hint of creaminess. A simple classic done very well.

I'm in love with a latte with almond milk. I usually order it with a hot croissant.

30 minutes to get 2 MATCHA LATTES AND WITH A LINE OF MAYBE 3 PEOPLE please hire more staff or faster workers because half a hour for 2 drinks is insane and especially with no rush and slow store.

The employees refused to refill my water bottle with tap water. It's the first establishment I've ever gone to that did that.
I’m a regular customer at Starbucks since 2007 and specially on this one since 2 years now, but I had a very disappointing experience today 07/26 around 8am. I wasn’t feeling well and asked to use the restroom before placing my order. There was a line at the counter, so I figured I’d take care of that first and then come back to order right after.
Unfortunately, the staff member completely refused; even after I explained that I was unwell and planned to order as soon as I came out.
Even if there’s a restroom policy, good customer service means recognizing regular customers and showing basic human understanding. Sometimes someone genuinely needs to go first and will order right after; especially when they clearly explain the situation.
Ironically, I’ve often waited for the restroom here alongside unhoused individuals, but today I was treated with zero compassion. That’s not the Starbucks experience I expect as a loyal customer.

I have been coming to the Starbucks for a long time and the customer service that I have received today. It’s just unacceptable. I was standing at the register trying to place my order, but they was so focused on trying to close and get out of here on time, they said forget about the customer so I just placed my order online Then there was another customer that came in and he was at the register. Nobody addressed him. Nobody took his order. The customer just left now I could understand if it’s as busy like a regular day was usually is during the day but it’s not busy. They’re just focus. They’re just focus on trying to close And TSAKUE is on the line doing everything by his self. In my opinion, we are a team so we should be helping each other. If you see that your team member is busy. You should get on the line and help him not have him do things by himself so moving forward I’ll probably just go to another Starbucks because this is not the first time that I have received this experience I really hope next time when Tsakue is on the line his team member will help

This shop is conveniently located near the National Gallery of Art and a Metro Station.
The store itself is neat and clean, and the staff are very efficient.
The black tea, served without ice, sugar, or syrup, is quite refreshing and provides ample hydration.
The free refill is an added bonus, especially on such a hot day.

I usually love Starbucks, but this location really disappointed me. The service was incredibly slow and the staff didn’t seem to care at all. No greeting, no smile—just attitude. My drink was wrong and cold, and when I mentioned it, they acted like I was bothering them. Definitely not coming back to this one.

The worst coffee frappuccino. It tasted like 99% milk and 1% coffee.
