Loved this place! Food was great….awesome service. Try the shrimp wrap or pull pork sandwich and a nice cold beer. Can’t go wrong…..we are from Louisiana and tough critics.
Solid place to grab a bite. After a couple days in DC we just wanted a casual place to eat and the food here really hit the spot! The quesadilla was great and super filling.
Food was pretty good. Our original waitress was excellent but she went off duty and the waitress left on staff decided to have a fifteen minute conversation with another guest while we waited for our check. Atmosphere is sports pubby but some of the TV's had reception issues. Maybe because of an area thunderstorm.

Penn Quarter Sports Tavern is a popular sports bar and lunch spot with a great vibe. The food is delicious, including tasty bar/pub favorites and they offer great drinks. The outdoor section is amazing, with TVs and a huge patio, plus nice indoor seating on the first and second levels. The staff is friendly, hardworking, and very attentive. The restaurant is close to tourist areas and kid-friendly. It's perfect for group outings or watching football on Sundays, with 17 TVs upstairs and even screens in the clean restrooms. The manager is wonderful at helping guests get seated. Overall, it's a great place to enjoy a game, though the sound system can be too loud at lunch.
