Darrell was INCREDIBLE! I have a very demanding job and I needed to be up early to welcome a client. He welcomed me graciously at a very early hour and was so intuitive. He asked if I was going to use the Starbucks app to pay. I did and somehow he was able to see my preference for a drink that I forgot to order. He initially saw this and asked if I wanted my drink prepared with oat milk! He was incredible! So quick. I know that this level of detail takes a lot of time to get!...read full review
