I go here a few times a month and it's a gamble as to whether or not the drinks I get are made correctly. The barista often forgets to include syrup, doesn't use any toppings, or even has forgotten the coffee(!!). The only reason I hold out hope is because it's the closest place for coffee around me.
Receipt no. 666077. Every drink made wrong! I had to go to the counter for 3 of my drink. He took it add whatever was missing on top and didn’t even apologize. Worst services. The drink of course is nasty. If ur just going to add the missing ingredient at the end is not going to taste right. I actually use the rest room at this location! No soap, no toilet paper.
