I need my energy to go to work, ordered a hot mocha, and after drinking that, couldnt even function, I had to take a nap. Question myself why I'm feeling so sleepy?I'm pretty convinced I've been served decaf, who does that?Never want to go there ever again.Lost my day, customer service zero, don't trust those people, they will serve you decaf if out of regular coffee.

Never coming to this starbucks again. I went here purely cause of convenience as it was on my way back home and I placed the order inside the cafe. I waited for 20 mins because there was only one guy at the bar and the other two people were in the back doing who knows what not helping out when there was a line for orders. The lady who took my order who was also the manager turns out never printed my sticker and she was going back and forth with one of the baristas trying to go back and forth and blame it on each other. Got a refund and they still made my drink which was fine, but Starbucks is supposed to be fast and the workers are supposed to check on the guests who are just standing and waiting. I made eye contact with one barista numerous times when he saw me waiting yet never took the initiative to ask what I was waiting on. Won’t be coming back here I’ll stick to the Starbucks I already know are professional and quick about it

I sound out every syllable in my order as loud as I can, repeat my order, and then repeat once again for good measure, and yet, I still get the wrong thing..then they have the nerve to look at you stupid when you ask them to remake your drink because they were to busy texting while placing an order..sad because this place is nicely located in the heart of Takoma Park..most Starbucks are hit or miss as far as having a good experience. This one is a definite miss..I’ll be going to the neighboring-smaller cafés from now on..

If I could give this location no stars I would. I make sure to order at least 15 minutes in advance and somehow my order is still never ready. Today I walked in after ordering 15 minutes ago and there wasn’t a soul waiting in line or on the sides and yet again my order is STILL NOT READY!

I am impressed by Kelly who was multitasking swiftly as she moved back and forth from the cashier register to making the drinks. As I was waiting for my drink, I witnessed a nasty customer yell at Kelly for making her a grande frappe even though the customer requested a grande frappe.The customer clearly didn't know the difference between a grande and a venti, however Kelly did not let this lady yelling and darting negative energy affect her. Kelly did damage control by professionally remaining calm, clarifying the difference between the two drinks and even took the initiative to accommodate and make her another drink (while making mine at the same time). Now that's skills.The customer was totally wrong for ordering the wrong drink and then making a scene and complaining about it. But Kelly handled the situation like a pro, and resolved the issue even though it was not her fault at all and she still remained peaceful with her beautiful smile. Kelly killed the antagonist with kindness and that takes leadership skills.

I spend too much money on this kind of service! Cheese Danish hard as a rock. I also had to have my egg bites redone today. There was a chunk missing. The young lady was not very nice today.
