Never coming to this starbucks again. I went here purely cause of convenience as it was on my way back home and I placed the order inside the cafe. I waited for 20 mins because there was only one guy at the bar and the other two people were in the back doing who knows what not helping out when there was a line for orders. I am impressed by Kelly who was multitasking swiftly as she moved back and forth from the cashier register to making the drinks. As I was waiting for my drink, I witnessed a nasty customer yell at Kelly for making her a grande frappe even though the customer requested a grande frappe.The customer clearly didn't know the difference between a grande and a venti, however Kelly did not let this lady yelling and darting negative energy affect her. I spend too much money on this kind of service! Cheese Danish hard as a rock. I also had to have my egg bites redone today. There was a chunk missing. The young lady was not very nice today.
