The level of attitude and disrespect that is present from the staff in this location is shocking. To add to that as a customer, I can’t sit and enjoy my coffee or work without listening to the staff yell and laugh and holler while talking with each other. As if it’s their living room Starbucks please come review this location. The attitude is unbearable.
I love this Starbucks so much and the employees, I go to Starbucks often and the employees just treat everyone with such kindness and love and always ask about your day and gives you extra treats sometimes. They always treat my friend group with kindness and my friends love going there all the time and it’s a great place to study and hangout. They prepare the drinks and food fast and it taste SO good, I get a pink drink with chocolate cold foam and they make it perfect every...
I love the attentive customer service and the store is pretty clean. There was one table out of many that required a quick wipe down but was during a time of slow hours so a table next to it was open for me and my family. Overall I enjoy the experience of ordering coffee.
