Since this store opened at the end of my street, I go here almost every single day and the staff is exceptional. I tell everyone I can about this location! One thing that would make the experience even better ( and this is more a critique on the company rather than the team here at this store) would be a way to “contact us” or something similar in the event that the order is made incorrectly or an item (like a cookie) is missing from the bag. The young lady who took my order (AH) I don’t want to post her name, was professional and a sweet person. The service was fast and the smoothie was really good. The snack wraps I had were really good as well. It tastes fresh. My first time to tropical smoothie and the young ladies working there made my experience really enjoyable. Thank you so much 😊
