Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and ate here all 3 nights. Food was fantastic, staff were friendly, and prices were ok. They had a BBQ platter while I stayed and it was excellent! The drinks were great also! You're eating in the hotel restaurant so expect slightly higher prices, you pay for convenience, and I'm ok with that. Overall I had a great experience here!

We had an amazing stay in the Capital Hilton that was made even more special with our nightly visits to Statler Lounge in the hotel lobby. The food and drinks are delicious and the staff is even better! The ambiance is cool and enjoyable for solos, couples, friends, and families. Fich was especially awesome during our visits to the Statler Lounge, as he always ensured that our family of 4 (myself, hubby, and our two sons) had an exceptional time. We celebrated my birthday while there and it was very special. We can't wait to go back!

Tim took great care of us. We felt too "dressed down" to eat at some of the surrounding restaurants, and didn't feel like going far due to weather. Good burgers, good winds, good drinks. Hotel prices but we weren't mad. Hotel lobby/bar area is kept very clean and has a good vibe.

I’m not sure if the business hours are incorrect on Google or if the bartender just wanted to get off earlier for the night; however, there are a number of nearby establishments that honor their published hours of operation.

Went here twice as it was the only place open later and was in the hotel I was staying in. The food is very good, definitely feels abit pricy for what your getting but overall was very tasty and filling to eat. It does get busy however so don't expect prompt service, but the food to me was still well worth the wait.

Reviewing the Summer 2023 Trader Vic's pop-up: It's great! Original mai-tai is on point! Not sure about some of the "variations," and the rest of the menu is short. Loving the decor she the vibe, as well as the history notes. Here's hoping this becomes a permanent fixture!

Came with a group which the bar was made aware of ahead of time but still were super understaffed and I had to stand at the bar for nearly 40 minutes for one drink.
Visited for the Trader Vic's pop up. Weird vibe but the drinks were so good.

I went here with a number of business colleagues since one of our colleagues was staying at the hotel attached to this place. We had called ahead to get a reservation and it was confirmed, only to be later told they don't take reservations. We put a couple of tables together and didn't see the waiter for quite some time. Finally when we got the waiter he was really abrupt and rude. A colleague ordered his meal and a drink only to be told the waiter wasn't taking drink orders right then, he was only taking meal orders. Which was strange because none of us got to order drinks. Then he took our meal orders walked away and then came back and recited everything really fast and we all sort of looked at each other and shrugged. Finally he took our drinks orders. But not all of ours. It was really awkward. He took a little over half the table's drink orders and then just walked away. And he didn't come back. I had to hunt him down to get something to drink, and he seemed really offended by it. When we finally got our food some of us asked for utensils (he had put down maybe 3 or 4 napkins with wrapped utensils, and there were about 12 of us) and then he argued with us saying that he had in fact put plenty down. Which wasn't even remotely the case. Overall, the burger was pretty good, but I never want to come here again. I've never had a waiter just walk off in the middle of an order. I've also never had a waiter argue over whether or not he/she put enough utensils down...
