Three friends and myself went to Shoto to celebrate a birthday, expecting the food to live up to the hype and it did! We ordered, drinks, appetizers, and I enjoyed the sea bass as my entree - all prepared to perfection with memorable flavors. The only drawback was the music. It was UNBEARABLY loud, near deafening. Amazing service and delicious food and drinks!We had beef skewers, Chilean sea bass, a ribeye, and broccolini with sesame sauce. Everything was excellent.I can’t speak for all of the sushi, but we tried a few maki rolls that were surprisingly just ok.Overall, I’ll definitely be returning. 5 stars.
