The service is ok, however, I'm not sure if the portions are equivalent to other stores. 🤔

I went to this Subway location yesterday (February 1, 2025). All of the seating area had been removed so I guess it’s take-out only 🙄.
We were trying to use a manufacture coupon. It was a buy three footlongs for $18. I’ve used these coupons before but never ran into this issue before at this store. Apparently they tell me I have to use a menu with select items on it to use my coupon. I asked again to make sure there wasn’t a language barrier. Then I asked someone else. I ended up walking out and going to the pizza place down the street with seating available. Good bye Subway.

Just another ordinary Subway restaurant, oh no, it's not a restaurant cause there's no seats for customers as they blocked it off limit the tables n seats for anyone. I asked if there's a restroom to use, the guy said No. So I asked if I can just wash my hands before I eat my sandwich and he replied there's a hand sanitizer. I was like how am I gonna use hand sanitizer to wash my hands? I need water, it's that simple n easy.
Damn, talk about customer service. Good job

Customer beware! Everything about the Subway is terrible. They forgot to put my bacon on my sandwich, which I paid two extra dollars for, And when I called, they started to argue and fight with me. All I wanted was the sandwich I paid for or a refund for the bacon that I did not receive. My family and I live close to here and often pick up from the subway And often there are problems with the sandwiches, but at appear convenience we ordered. But NO MORE.

I ordered a light chicken sandwich on wheat bread and didn't like it. The chicken, or whatever kind of meat it was, tasted funny and odd. I won't order any sandwiches with meat again, just vegetarian. I really enjoyed the 3 cookies - they were delicious! Actually, after eating the cookies I didn't need a sandwich. Take care!
Vegetarian options: I would assume the vegetarian dishes are good.

I just got two sandwiches yesterday, and I never had an issue with quality and service. Sometimes, I like to order online also in advance so I can use the coupons. I think in the middle of the day is the best time to go cause I always see at least 3 people behind the counter in my opinion

So I came there with my bf wanting some breakfast this morning so I asked for a wrap (something I never had before) But when I seen how it looked after warming up egg and cheese just very stale and I apologized for having him warm up the egg. I asked could I just have a regular sandwich. He got upset and told me “no I’m not making you nothing else” in a very rude tone. I honestly would’ve respected it and went about my business if he was nicer about it talking to not only a female but in general a person. For some reason every time I come to this subway the customer service is trash and they are rude. When my bf asked could you please make a sandwich because we were starving and had to be to work soon. We were told by the other guy as well to just leave. I tried I’m never coming here again I know I can’t trust the service and to be treated like a human.

They are fast, the food is good, and for the area they are in VERY affordable. Especially if you're going to the conference center.

The well-lit interior and neatly arranged seating made for a comfortable dining environment.The staff here deserve special recognition for their friendliness and efficiency. They greeted me with a warm smile, and their attention to detail when preparing my sandwich was impressive.What also stood out was the speed of service. Despite the lunchtime rush, my order was prepared swiftly, and I didn't have to wait long.Subway offers excellent value for money. For a reasonable price, I enjoyed a delicious and satisfying meal.In these times, it's worth noting that the restaurant maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. I observed hand sanitizer stations and staff wearing masks, which added to my confidence in dining here.Overall, my experience at this Subway in Downtown D.C was top-notch.
