Some of the best soul food that you can get, I am a Native Chicagoan that relocated to D.C. from Mississippi. I wish I would have visited this place when I first relocated. I visit 3 times a week (yes 3 times a week).

I got the Blue Platter Fish with cornbread, collard greens, mac n cheese, and a sweet tea. The ladies working there were sweeties, and the lunch didn't break the bank.
