Hate the name, and the floor plan was confusing trying to find my event. However, the food they provided for our event was excellent, I felt very comfortable with the very high security presence, and although I didn't partake since my event had catering, the food court appears to be one of the best in DC. I may take the metro here for lunch when I get tired of the food available near my office (I miss DC food trucks since the Pandemic).

It's nice to have something to do at lunch time with the concert

Great venue for conventions, with a solid food court and other businesses--including the National Children's Museum. Nice natural lighting through much of the building.

Beautiful building inside and out. Great food court with variety of eateries inside as well. Summer concert series outside on the Promenade during summer from 12-1pm

Our favorite place to park when visiting the Smithsonian and Mall. Garage is spacious, clean, and the parking spots are easy to use. Also very close to one of the DC Metro stops.Since it's a Federal Building, there are security checks, but on most days the added wait is minimal.

Probably the best parking experience I have had at least in a long time, maybe ever. Safety is a big deal so the inconvenience of security check did not bother me.This is so nice in that it is close to many major attractions.Even had clean restrooms available to the public. Great place to park.

Wonderful place to walk to and get a bite to eat in the food court. Great quotes on the walls! You do have to go through security here so I felt safe!

We parked here in July 2023, we had a full size Tahoe, good clearance, and space to park. we found spots mostly on B4. the vehicle was searched when entering, and had security guards on every level. If you want safe secure parking this was a good place. We did not stay past 4pm so do not know about night time. but there are bathrooms there on level C and elevators. Also. This is a EXCELLENT place to park and walk to either the Washington Monument, the White house, the Holocaust Museum, or about .5 miles from the Natural History, and American History Museums. ALSO, the Best place to park to walk to Stop 1 or 2 of the Old Town Trolley

For those of us using the parking only for DC explorations, this isn't too bad a deal! The price is usually $24 for a few hours touring the city; considering metro pricing, that isn't too terrible. There's also a security check which put my mind at ease for bringing my new car into the city. The staff isn't incredible, however. We've been yelled at for asking questions and ignored in most instances. So all and all, it can be awkward, but it is a decent way to park in DC.
Parking is a little pricey, but if you are willing to have your vehicle searched to park, go through metal detectors and have your items screened when you pick up your vehicle then you cannot beat the location. And as far as price at $17 per 24hr period it is one of the cheapest covered parking locations in the area.

Parking was super easy and close to everything. Super safe building metal detectors and security all entrances. The food however not recommended we ate at 2 different places on level c and all of us had stomach problems not shortly after.

What a beautiful building! They also have a huge parking lot underneath that you can pay hourly or for the whole day! Go and check out the area and explore

A modern day Pantheon event space right in the heart of the White House/Federal Triangle districts. It’s simply gorgeous. Exquisite. If you are fortunate enough to attend an event there, you’re in for a treat.
