The restaurant's service was perfect, but what was offered did not appeal to our taste. We ate a chicken sandwich with teriyaki sauce once upon a time, but we didn't like it at all. We went here because we couldn't find a decent restaurant serving delicious food in Washington, but how could we know that it wouldn't please our taste buds this much? This was an experience for us. It remained a pleasant memory that we will talk about in the following years.

Very clean establishment for a fast food eatery, have healthy options on the go. Always get the 21 on the menu that's one of my favorite, oatmeal cookies and some sunchips. Have to be very careful where you eat. Some establishments are very dirty especially in washington d.c. But this one is very clean you can tell by the floors. Good place to grab a bite in the heart of downtown in our Nation's Capital.

I used a coupon to buy two BMTs and one tuna sandwich here. However, they gave me so little vegetables and tuna that all I could taste were the sauce and bread, so I couldn't even finish the sandwich. The staff were unfriendly.

I never get subway and decided to get it this time. Two workers, one of them was extremely judgmental/unfriendly. A white guy came in and they treated him better, so pretty much discriminatory too. Vegetables were old/stale and I’m pretty sure they didn’t give me the right sub. After reading the reviews looks like it’s been like this for years…. I should’ve walked out too.

I had a mixed experience at the restaurant. The food was fresh, but the staff's attitude was somewhat rude or perhaps they misunderstood me. When I went to get my drink cup, they gave me a dismissive look, but later they could see I had already ordered a meal. After I finished eating, I decided to sit for another 15 minutes to let my food settle and finish my drink. Despite being the only customer in the restaurant, the staff approached me and said the store was closing and that I needed to go. I got up to go, but then noticed that they were still serving two new customers who had just arrived. This inconsistent service made me feel unappreciated.
They closed early and didn't serve me at 915. So crazy. Change the freaking time to 9 instead of 10 if you aren't going to serve the customers. I walked 4 blocks to buy the sandwich from you. These weren't kids sneaking out grown adult men leaving early. Bad service

I had ordered a BMT sandwich and a tuna sub at the establishment the other day. I had came in with a coupon and then the boss said something to the worker and proceeded to give me less meat and cheese than my usual orders from here. Don’t eat here they are has no manners, discriminatory, cheap, and judgmental. Such scammers
The cookies were stale. The cashier informed us after purchase that there are no refills on the drink. Staff was not friendly.
