I just had to write a note of thanks to the very kind, professional, and wonderful member of the Subway team that took my order yesterday; Akin. He prepared my order like he was preparing it for himself and it was the best order I have ever had. Also, when I was there a very confrontational and argumentative customer came in and was hostile, but Akin did not allow that customer's negativity affect his professionalism and was able to deescalate the situation by representing the pinnalcle of excellence. Great job Sir, great job!
