I and your staff need to know the difference between sweet onion and sweet onion Teriyaki. Your staff argued there is no difference between the 2 sauce. She is wrong and requires additional training on social skills as well as store inventory. We purchased at around 5:15 pm November 24, 2023. We received no receipt.

Just saw a person in a subway uniform walk out, throw garbage in the sidewalk planter, and walk back in like it was totally normal. Did y'all forget to pay your trash bill?

The location is big and clean.The service is hit or miss. usually pretty good, but to be nice - it varies. Service is a big factor for me, which is why I gave 3 stars. Based on the food the review would be better.

This is a very clean and pretty large (it's looks a lot smaller than it actually is from outside) location tucked away on 1st street, NE although the address is actually 90 K street, NE. I placed my order on the app and was lucky enough to find a park right in front of the entrance. There was only one person dining in when I walked in but it was empty other than that gentleman. Daisy immediately greeted me and quickly prepared my order and was very friendly! I was in and out in just a few minutes...just the way I like it!

Be careful when you pay using a credit card. Their card reader automatically adds a tip unless you push "skip." This is a very deceptive business practice designed to catch people who aren't closely paying attention. If the customer does not actively authorize a tip, the card reader should automatically default to a $0 tip.

Ordered a veggie delite through the app for curbside pickup at this location. My husband picked it up and dropped it off for me during my lunch break. I was clearly given the wrong sandwich. I called the store and requested a refund, since I'm unable to return to the store and pick up the correct sandwich while working my shift. I was told I would have to come in to exchange the sandwiches and they could not issue a refund. I reiterated I'm working and cannot come in, just process the refund. Without asking, the employee put me on hold for over 10 minutes - never returning so I had absolutely no idea what was going on. I hung up and tried calling back multiple times but the line has been "busy" for 30 min now. Since the app does not have a way to request a refund etc I now have to call corporate and submit an online form to request a refund. Total waste of time. A simple mistake by their staff that could have easily been resolved over the phone has turned into an unnecessary nightmare . Avoid this store.

The food was good. The staff were stellar, very kind. TheDC mayor just lifted her prejudice vaxmandate. I am happy to report that this subway location let us dine in without asking for vax proof.
