Workers in this subway were very rude and flat out mean to my daughter, who is a middle schooler on a school trip to our nation’s capital. They were so mean that they yelled and rolled eyes at a young girl and made her cry all because she was not familiar with the ordering system. After reading past reviews I think this meanness was a trend at this location. Management please open your eyes to how the employees are treating the customers. I will report this to subway corporate!

Stopped in the trade center for a quick bite and a cheap lunch option while visiting the city. The line to enter the building can get long. However, our sandwiches met or expectations. Fresh and yummy. Bonus purchase was the 3 pack of cookies for later. 🙃

They were very mean to me, I didn’t even get the chance to pick my cookie and they were very rude to me whe. I asked for mozerella and the women said “ does it look like we have that”

Workers were EXTREMELY rude to an obviously autistic young man. The black lady with long braids was unecessarily rude and CRUEL to a young man VERY CLEARLY RIDDLED WITH AUTISM. They screamed at him and I have never seen such a blatant display of ignorance in my time.

I just bought a sub and the staff was rude as ever I would not come here I even found mold on my sub

It's wild that a place that sells breakfast and is stationed in the cafeteria of a Federal building does not open until 9am.

I wasn’t impressed with their sandwiches plus they don’t have coffee

Terrible experience. I personally had a 30 minute time period, 1/2 of that was waiting in line. The sandwich was burnt, they gave me a size to big for a lid which I ordered a large meaning they gave me a medium drink, the ice machine was empty, there was a long wait time, and when I put my card on the screen I didn’t notice that tips came up and my card automatically selected one, when I asked for help the man checking me out just said it’s fine with no care whatsoever. They should upgrade so there’s an extra confirmation screen to prevent accidents like this from occurring.
