Workers were EXTREMELY rude to an obviously autistic young man. The black lady with long braids was unecessarily rude and CRUEL to a young man VERY CLEARLY RIDDLED WITH AUTISM. They screamed at him and I have never seen such a blatant display of ignorance in my time.

This Subway was one of the worst I have been to. First of all we were rushed and most of the workers had headphones in. We had food vouchers and didn't know how to use them and instead of helping us they yelled at us. They only had limited options which was understandable because it was a small subway but they didn't even let me make my own. The sub was decent and the front of the place looked decent but I have been to much better subways than this one.

Terrible experience. I personally had a 30 minute time period, 1/2 of that was waiting in line. The sandwich was burnt, they gave me a size to big for a lid which I ordered a large meaning they gave me a medium drink, the ice machine was empty, there was a long wait time, and when I put my card on the screen I didn’t notice that tips came up and my card automatically selected one, when I asked for help the man checking me out just said it’s fine with no care whatsoever. They should upgrade so there’s an extra confirmation screen to prevent accidents like this from occurring.

This location specifically is always busy because it said that Ronald Reagan building food court. But it's super convenient to order and pick up comparing to other subway locations. They are fairly clean and pretty friendly.

my experience at Subway was not very delightful. The employee was not happy to serve me and he looked so stressed and mad. as you see in my photo, my cookie had parchment paper still on it. I am very upset, because the lady just threw my cookie in my bag and didn’t even give me the option of what cookie I wanted.
