I'm writing a review about this company..I was hired to work at the Shelby township location .I'm much older then all of the employees I feel because of my age I had a target on my back .please don't support this company by buying their food. They don't support people over the age of 50 to work for them .and they hire employees that are all best friends that is a disvantage for new employees coming in the company to work .I had told the manager at the Shelby township store I didn't really think mean girls and men didn't exist anymore but they are mean girls

You can only order ahead at this location unfortunately. So when Sweetgreen is experiencing an outage affecting its website and app like it was on October 29th you cannot place an order at all for this location. Yikes!

I recently ordered a meal and mistakenly ordered it for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but Sweetgreen said that 1 minute was too late to cancel because it was an ASAP order. Then I had to wait 2 hours for my reorder to be delivered although that was an ASAP order. When I complained to customer service all I kept getting was automated responses saying they understand how frustrated I must be feeling. Terrible customer service. Just salad for me from now on.

I’m so sick of pick up only stores. At least change the name on Google maps so it’s clear you can’t walk in and order food.

Edit: Changed my two star review to one star because their response was so useless. I was hungry and wanted to get a salad! And you literally can’t order a salad without a smart phone. It’s so incredibly stupid.

Quick turnaround and great fresh ingredients but… the avocado and hard boiled egg were left whole. Didn’t exactly have a great way to slice them up myself and had to just eat the egg separately. The website shows both cut into smaller pieces. Do they not have a knife back there?

As a local, my go-to place for a salad bowl. You can literally order from online (or an app) so I'm pretty confused why so many reviews take issue with the pickup-only restaurant format

I loved this place, it was always fresh, great taste, big portions, but as I finished my salad with maybe 2 bites lift I found a huge fly of some sort at the bottom 🤮 unfortunately I’ll never be able to eat it again.

This location gave me one of the best Sweetgreen salads I've ever had however the wait time was close to 15 minutes. It was hard to communicate with staff at this location.

There is no in-store seating but there are a couple of outdoor seating options. There is no parking available. This location is best reached via public transit or by-foot.
