Very very very kind baristas!
Great coffee and the employees were excellent, so kind!
I love these places I wander into like this who have nice people and a nice selection of bagels and bagel sandwiches and such. I read some other persnickety reviews by bougie folks who seem to want to prove their own bonafides moreso than just sitting their fannies down and enjoying the day. Looking for pet friendly? I love that they had a large bowl/jar of dog treats---nice touch 🙂. If I have business near there again, I'm going back!

Based on the reviews, La Colombe Coffee Workshop is a reliable neighborhood café with a calm vibe and good quality across the board. The coffee is solid, with smooth lattes that have balanced flavor and nice texture. It is the only place in the States that does a proper flat white. The staff are all very nice, excellent, and attentive. The specialty drink options are very creative. The inside is large and spacious with a good amount of seating, making it a great place to sit and read or get work done. A croissant was fresh, flaky, and paired really well with the coffee. The atmosphere is nice, though it can get a little loud. One note: the chai nitro had too much bubble.
