Truly the best coffee experience I’ve ever had. Elena and Maya made the whole thing so lovely! Firstly, the entire atmosphere is warm and inviting. When I wanted to adjust a seasonal drink, Elena was thoughtful and kind in making it work for me, asking questions to make sure we were on the same page. Based on the reviews, La Colombe Coffee Workshop is a reliable neighborhood café with a calm vibe and good quality across the board. The coffee is solid, with smooth lattes that have balanced flavor and nice texture. It is the only place in the States that does a proper flat white. The staff are all very nice, excellent, and attentive. The specialty drink options are very creative. The inside is large and spacious with a good amount of seating, making it a great place to sit and read or get work done. A croissant was fresh, flaky, and paired really well with the coffee. The atmosphere is nice, though it can get a little loud. One note: the chai nitro had too much bubble.
