The manager of this store, Susan, is great with handling her staff and the staff is even greater with their customer service! My drinks are always made right no matter how I modify it! I love this sbux location!
I don't normally post reviews for places as predictable and consistent as Starbucks, but the staff at this particular location is excellent and worth a shout out! The ladies who work the weekday morning shift are cheerful, efficient, and full of joy. After the first day, they remembered my name and my order every day. They are the sole reason I would likely stay at the adjoining Marriott Renaissance in the future.
