I ordered DoorDash from you all and my milkshake came with hair in it. The tamperproof seal was still on it so this clearly happened at your restaurant. I am beyond disgusted this being my first time ordering food. I will not ever order again!!!

The burgers here look small but have a whole lot of taste. I highly recommend the bacon jalapeño burger. And don't forget the Spudz sauce for your fries.

The decor is very plain but the service is very helpful

Wow. I’ve lived by this place for years and never stopped by just because the sign always looked a little weird. I divided to pop in and try it. The burger is literally the best burger I’ve ever had. Much better than the already great options in the area. They done reliably have nuggets - sometimes they do sometimes they don’t. And the fries could be crispier. But the food is overall delicious along with the Spudz sauce. They’re also really quick and seem to have good customer service in spite of a tough audience.

It’s a new year. The customer service Is poor, it you take too long to order. It is 12:01 in the midday on 6 January. All the employees seem angry.

Favorite burger place in the country, they’ve got very very good smash burgers. Also have tasty fries and pretty good milkshakes

Chicken sandwich was fine, but the real hit for my meal was the fries. There's not many places I would consider going out of my way for fries alone, but if I did this would be one of them.

The food was ok but the service is terrible. Unfriendly and rude employees. Five Guys up the street is similarly priced and all the workers there are very friendly

Limp lukewarm fries, cold and old chicken sandwich. I was really surprised it was so highly rated. It was mediocre at best and way overpriced. Seriously, skip!

It was awesome, Navy Yard was a hit. Ordered the #1 combo and thought $15 wasn't bad for lunch, but then suprised when it came up to $18 and change when I added lettuce and tomato! But everything was delicious...the burger was rockin, bun was fresh, patty was flavorful, lettuce tomato and pickle and the griddled onion rounded off the amazing taste...um um good. Fries were bangin too...didn't know how they would be in avo oil, but they were rolling. Staff were all nice and the lady pleasantly offered a refill on my soda (can't have the fountain out in the open, they'll run through that all day!!) . Will def be back and will bring co-workers but at ~$18+ it will be an occasional treat...maybe every other week, or sooner!

Really enjoyable experience. Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. It was crispy on the outside, tender inside. I wouldn’t describe it as spicy, though. The fries were excellent as well and thoroughly salted. I would return if the opportunity arises

Update: they did reach out to make things right which is much appreciated. Good customer service is hard to find these days. For clarity sake because their marketing is very deceptive… They are admittedly NOT seed oil free, so don’t be fooled like we were.

Love Jesse and Ben’s fries so I was so excited to check it out while in town, but it was less than great. The place is filthy, tables in disrepair. Almost walked out based on that, but had hungry kids I needed to feed. The gal working the counter was less than helpful. Also didn’t wash her hands or put on gloves between helping customers and wiping counters and touching food. Not so sure the ingredients are as clean as they claim. They used bottled sauces full of junk. The food tasted fine, but we felt terrible immediately after and the next day.
