Service was friendly and burger and chicken came out freshly made but I didn’t enjoy it as much as I had hoped. Fries needed to be more crunchy. Not much bacon on my bacon jalapeño burger and each bite tasted a bit too mushy. $7.99 (pre-tax) for 10-piece nuggets was a good amount of chicken but I didn’t finish it. It was a bit dry and they gave only 1 small ranch which wasn’t nearly enough so I tossed almost half. I didn’t want to order 10 pieces anyway but wasn’t offered...

Good is really good. We ordered a head and arrived 30 minutes later after we got notification that the food was ready and we sadly still had to wait 15 minutes for our food when we got there to pickup.

Things like this happen and we were happy that the food was fresh!!

Though my initial experience wasn’t the best, I appreciate the team at Swizzler for correcting their mistake. The food is very good in quality, and thy really do care about guests experiences.
