“My family had a good experience eating in at this new Taco Bell Cantina location last night. After we ordered on the screens, our name was called in less than two minutes!
The menu is expansive and well organized, and seems to include everything you would expect to Taco Bell to offer. Our food was handed to me with a smile, and the order was accurate and tasty. I am thrilled that Taco Bell is back in DC. You enter from 14th Street, next to the Chick Fil-A.
There is seating for 12 or 14 people in this relatively small space, and the name “Cantina” oversells the ambience. There is no music, and the room is dominated by a TV. It was showing Hoarders at the time, which included a couple unappetizing visuals. But that was not fault of this location or the staff. I just wanted to clarify that you will probably have a better experience here than the people who took the time to write negative reviews.
Kid-friendliness: Kids love tacos. There is no kids menu.“
“I have been going to this Taco Bell regularly for more than 7 years. In this time, I have never received an incorrect order and have been treated with nothing but respect, dignity, and utter professionalism. This location is one of my favorite spots in Washington, DC and is truly like a second home to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you do for the Washington community, you are truly an oasis of flavor in the desert of our quiet town. God bless you.“
