Taco Bell in Alexandria

“This is hands down the best Taco Bell I’ve ever visited. Their sweet tea tastes like true Southern sweet tea, and every sip reminds me of home.

What really sets this location apart, though, is the staff. The customer service is top-tier. Every visit, I’m greeted with a smile, treated with kindness, and my order is always accurate. The team genuinely cares about making sure every customer has an exceptional experience, and it shows.

In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, this location consistently exceeds expectations. The people who work here are the reason I keep coming back. If I could give them 20 stars instead of 5, I absolutely would. Thank you for always making my day a little brighter!“

“My sister and I came to this location Wednesday night June 3rd around 10:30-10:45pm. We ordered in the drive thru. The young lady who took us was so kind and polite. She had a wonderful spirit and made sure our order was perfect! I wish I caught her name. Give that her a raise! God bless you sweetie.“

“Late night pull up to Taco Bell got some spicy potato tacos and one cheesy double beef burrito. The guy managing in the register was nice and was fast. My tacos were a little cold - but overall pretty good experience and the inside looked clean.

Last note, this place is hard to drive to because it’s inside of a parking lot essentially.“

“Feel so bad for these workers. I’m giving 5 stars for the workers busting their butts off tonight. They were working their tails off and never once stopped for HOURS. The manager was horrible to them and so were a lot of costumers. Who would screamed and berate them while making their food because the long wait times. They would continue to work and ignore the horrible things people were saying. I mean what do you expect when 50+ drunk people want taco bell? 45-60 minutes is a reasonable wait time considering the insane amount of dine in costumers not even including online pickup and delivery orders. Great job tonight. Good drinks and good food thanks to the staff and not the manager.“

“Generally a good taco bell. The KFC is usually pretty fresh too. Occasionally they forget biscuits but not often. This would be a higher ranked place if they had more drink options. The soda often tastes off and it's a bummer because being a diabetic the only option is diet Pepsi and when they have it unsweet tea. I wish they had the Baja blast zero sugar like full taco bells or at least one other diet drink. I'm not a Pepsi guy but Pepsi owns the franchise so we're stuck with Pepsi. It can be ok but often it's flat which really ruins Pepsi overall. The staff are generally accommodating and nice on most days. So overall an above average taco bell/KFC combo but individual locations are usually better.“
