“So I’ve been coming here for years, never any issues. Last week I went in and got a cheesy Gordita crunch, I drove off 5 minutes down the road and opened up my bag to eat at home. What I found was a stale taco, very stale, not good. Also in my bag was a customer support number for this franchise. I emailed the contact on the card and within 20 minutes the franchisee got back to me and told me my next meal there was free. This level of professionalism is very refreshing. This location made a mistake on my taco, and immediately fixed it. All is well. Huge shoutout to Gaurav (the person who so kindly offered me the complimentary make-up meal) and manager Tinsae for being so kind when I went in later for my free meal.“
“This place is quick, cheap, and open until late. However, as of late we've been doing delivery & it seems they always forget something when we receive the order. Whether that be the straw, utensils, napkins, or even put names on the burritos to differentiate them... there's always something.“
“Not all Taco Bell locations are created equally - and that certainly goes for this Cantina location.Overall, this is probably the cleanest, most inviting Taco Bell that I have ever visited. It's basically an open kitchen in front of you and there are TVs on the walls everywhere. The place has always been clean when I've been there, and there is even an outdoor seating area along King Street.Of course, the food is just like any Taco Bell, but they do serve hard alcohol and beer here at all hours of the night. I've definitely seen people here ordering roadie of an alcoholic slushy.“
“I'm very fairly quick fast food service. I use the drive-thru always and I have to say they're pretty timely. I would just advised checking your food before you pull away from the window to make sure you have everything and it is correct.“
“Food quality and taste-wise, this is one of the most consistent Taco Bells I have been to. The portions are generous, orders are accurate and staff is polite and friendly.I skip a few close-by locations to avoid hit or miss orders, and drive to this one for the consistency.“
