Always slow staff, no matter what time of day/night. Frequently chaotic

visiting an old friend. we order late night. this place takes forever, still. things never change.

They are disgusting. When customers waiting for the food some of them use phone inside kitchen and others go outside and smoke . This place have bad management

Chaotic place at night. Staff is overworked. A bajillion online orders being made very second, so your order will get filled slowly. I ordered in-store, and it took 20 minutes.

I ordered 3 items:
- 1 from the specialty menu. They got this done perfectly.
- 2 custom items: they messed up. Gave me chicken when i requested vegetarian. Alas.

I feel bad for the staff.

Also: a woman was freaking out and having a meltdown and screaming at the staff (and anyone who looked at her). Yikes!

Bad restaurant with arrogant staff who don’t care about customers. The food is extremely overpriced, and they speak to customers disrespectfully. I do not recommend visiting it — very poor service and rude employees.

This place has 2.5 stars!! First wrong order received after placing a mobile order. Second it taste like crap. Not cuz it's Taco Bell but because it taste like crap. This place is so bad I would just close down the business then allow it to continue to ruin the brand. Don't do it I don't care how hungry you are just eat some ramen instead.

Hour+ long waits while employees stand around on their phones

Waited over an hour to get 4 items served. Don't waste your time coming here. Just go to IHOP.

Waited 40 min for my food

Horrible customer service, cashier and everybody else ignores you while you enter. no one greets you.Nobody even acknowledges you into you yell at them to get your order or take your order. Place is dirty.

A friend invited me to come by last night, and I’m so glad I said yes! I’ve been telling everyone that the service here is truly the best in town. Juan was amazing — super friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

We had such a great time thanks to his energy and care.

It takes almost an hour from putting in the order to receiving the order

They also close the lobby early. So late-night you have to put your order in online and then wait an hour unless you want to stand around on the sidewalk.
