First and foremost, be prepared to spend money if you come here. My bill was nearly $90 for just me. But, I had the best fried pickles I've ever had, a delicious chicken cordon blue grilled cheese sandwich, and many different craft brews which were all fantastic. The fruit beer in my pic is one of the best beers I've ever had. I love the self-pour, self-order system, but it's just pricey. Still, the whole experience was 5 stars for me!

I did not really eat anything there as I went for Harry Potter trivia. But the vibes were immaculate and they really worked hard to transform the place into a Harry-Potter themed arena.
I took points off because none of the house color drinks or special drinks such as butter beer were mocktails. There's a fair share of people who dont prefer to drink during trivia and no accomodations were made for them.

But overall, it was a fun experience. 8/10

The event stated that there would be free beer, but when I arrived at the venue, I was told there wasn’t any. I had known I wouldn’t have come.

Cool self service concept, but the cost per ounce of beer is kind of high. Beers run between .50 to 1.50 an ounce, with most being in the .75 to 1.00 range at the time of my visit. But…for a west coast guy, I really enjoyed being able to sample several different beers from the region. As a bonus, they had Lunch on tap from Maine Beer Company, so that is spiffy!

enjoyed the previous chef’s menu much more. the new menu removed two of my favorite items, the breadsticks and the foot long mozzarella stick. and the new food menu became a bit pricier overall, even the happy hour food specials are $10+. the nachos are old Mexican style, which i thought was kind of odd seeing as this is a sports bar right next to the baseball stadium. nevertheless, i enjoy coming here! love the staff and the sports bar atmosphere! the pizza pies are terrific!

During our three-week tour of the US East Coast, we spent three nights in DC’s Navy Yard, and one of the highlights was discovering Tap99. After a day of exploring the city’s iconic sites, we stumbled upon this gem for an early evening drink. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming, patiently explaining the unique setup and offering a fantastic selection of alcoholic beverages.

We’ve just left, and I’m already wishing we had an extra night in DC just to return! Colleen, in particular, made us feel like regulars, chatting with us as if we’d been coming here for years.

If you’re visiting from the UK, Tap99 is an absolute must-visit!

So I came in there yesterday and was charge $50 off the rip and the lady at the front only said she needed a card to start the tab. Once I noticed I was charged immediately told the lady I wasn’t gonna get anything and I wanted my money back, she stated that it will come back on my card at midnight. Midnight comes Ana I still haven’t received my refund. This place is a rip off and I’ll Never come back here and I will love to speak to corporate to get my money back

Decided to grab a beer and hangout here before the Nats game, and man is this place awesome!! So really cool setup, they have a great variety of beers (they even have some liquor and nonalcoholic drinks), but what really blew me away was the food!! I had the Patty Melt Burger and HOLY SH*T it was DELICIOUS! This is hands down one of the best burgers I’ve ever had (bar none)!!! It was flavorful, super juicy, and PERFECTLY cooked!! In addition, the fries were out of this world too! I observed some of the other food being served and it look equally delicious! The service here is top notch as well, the person at the counter took the time to explain how the everything works, someone was regularly making rounds, checking to see if everything was good, if anything else was needed, and clearing plates and beer glasses from the tables! I truly had an around great experience and I can’t wait to get back! Do yourself a favor and stop in and check them out!

Although you may be drawn in by the selection of beer - this place has great food. Those on staff familiar with the beer selections are also great. Make sure to ask them questions or for taste testing if you’re unsure of what to get.

We pre-game here before the nationals game. Don't have to return but not disappointed with the experience.

Great selection of beers and much cheaper than in Nats Park. Staff are great, ample seating. Can be a bit loud but if you ask they might turn the music down.

Great for trying out different beers. Food is good, though I don't recommend the egg dish. Great for relaxing with a beer. Staff is friendly and attentive. Would return!

Pour your own beer, cocktail, and wine. Very convenient and fast. Food looked good. It's a great spot to stop at before or after a nationals game
