Pictured is the Marshmallow Smore ice cream in a waffle cone cup, which was delicious. The coconut ice cream was incredible, super creamy, fresh-tasting, and not overly sweet. The white macadamia clusters are so good, and the caramel is so soft. The ice cream, caramel apples, and Dubai chocolate bites were divine. Customers receive kind and warm customer service. The gals inside are very friendly and let customers sample choices before deciding. The general manager is genuinely one of the nicest people, taking time to talk and offering free samples. Kay and Lorraine shine as store leadership, providing top-tier customer service with sweet smiles and great energy. This place outshines places like Cold Stone Creamery, feeling fresher, more authentic, and way more welcoming. It is the best experience ever, and customers cannot wait to return to the Navy Yard location.
