I’m Guyanese and I absolutely loved every bite of this. I got the doubles, chicken doubles, oxtails and buss up shut skin which I highly recommend. The buss up shut skin was flaky, buttery, warm, crispy and delicious. I tried the medium heat doubles, which was very spicy, so I would suggest mild but the owner makes his own peppers and creates everything by hand including the juices which is why it is pricey here. I drive 45 minutes to this place. Ordered food and was so excited to finally have a taste of home. The place is quaint and unassuming across a busy street. I ordered paratha roti. Curry goat and a peardrax. I was so happy cuz the roti was soo buttery and fluffy.

But the goat was literally 4-5 pieces max and the rest was melted into the channa. Then what really turned me off was I asked for a side of salt fish the lady said “we don’t sell sides of salt fish...

This place is legit. The nicest people own it, nothing more to say. Oxtail and stewed chicken are my favorites. It's easily two meals in each order.

Or one if you plan on immediately falling asleep.
