The Capital Grille

Excellent service and the food was outstanding. Was hoping for quality food and great service and this spot didn't disappoint.

Love this restaurant. Eric is the best server and took care of us really well. The lobster salad was delicious.

Our waiter Daniel Shanko was a consummate professional. When one of my guests had a particular seating request, he ensured his accommodations were expeditiously met. He sets the bar sky high for hospitality service. Our steaks were perfectly grilled and our cocktails were made to perfection (hats off to the bar staff). The lobster mac and cheese was scrumptious as always. And the dessert plate was a delicious and decadent end to a great dinner. My guests said this was the best Capital Grille location they have been to and left very satisfied. We will return soon. Thank you Daniel and staff for a great evening.

Absolute gem! My server Manuel is a Rockstar & and made the experience perfect. He was enthusiastic, positive, and knowledgeable. He was very nice to my daughter and kept us smiling! I had the Bone in Filet (a featured item), and my daughter had the kids petite filet. We ordered the lobster mac, and mashed potatoes to share. Literally EVERYTHING was amazing! Gun to my head, the lobster mac was our favorite. Great atmosphere, wood, intimate lighting, very classy. Noise level was conversational. Beautiful bar on the other side of the restaurant. Not terribly expensive (Bill was $160 before tip) but worth every penny based on flavor/ presentation/ atmosphere.... I recommend and will definitely be back next time in in DC

Starter, Steak and beer was great. The sides were mediocre (undercooked asparagus and soggy fries)

As with our past visits to the PA Avenue Cap. Grille, the food and service were outstanding. Our server esp. was great. I had same things I almost always have -- shrimp cocktail, sliced filet with mushrooms and onions, creamed spinach -- but it was as ever perfect and delicious.
