The Capital Grille

Four of us enjoyed the Wagyu & Wine promotion. The Oren Swift wine and the service were both splendid. The Wagyu burger was just average. We often eat Wagyu ground beef in burgers and several other forms at home, but this wasn't memorable.

Our waitress, Nicole, was terrific. My steak was good but my wife's halibut was dry and overly salty. She ordered the brusselsprouts but the ends were not trimmed off making them difficult to chew., so she did not continue to eat them. The scalloped potatoes I ordered as my side were dry and had no flavor. My second side that ordered were the mushrooms which had zero seasoning.

After having covered almost 40km by bike... at 20.00.. a few meters from the bike delivery, reading the reviews, we chose this restaurant. If the reviews were decidedly good, inside a magical atmosphere. Impeccable Service and attention of the waiters. Prices as high as the quality that the place reserves. A restaurant for a busy dinner that leaves no doubt to the evening... will be great.

This is our favorite CG location, and we had dinner before going to a show. Seating was slow, even though we had a reservation. Our table (booth) was nice and roomy and the food was absolutely delicious. The prices are very high which is fine when you feel your being courted as a customer which we did not feel. Our server was too busy to really conjure up that sense that the restaurant wants to create an experience for you that will keep you coming back. The service was perfunctory at best, the courses well paced and timely, but no extra attentiveness that we are used to at the CG,

Great luncehon, with Steak Cobb Salad. Friendly host Madelyn started it off well. GREAT!! Venue.

Always have the best experiences here. Food great, staff great. Akim on the staff is the main reason I keep going back so often. He is the absolute best!!

This place is amazing! We came here for my sisters 21st birthday and our server was Robert! I absolutely adored him he was so incredibly sweet and knowledgeable of the menu and gave the best recommendations. Ask for Robert to be your server he won’t disappoint!:) Thank you for making Katie’s 21st bday so special!

We dined at the Capital Grille last night for our daughter's 21st Birthday and we sure enjoyed the entire experience. Upon walking in we were greeted by friendly greeters who promptly took us to our table. We were then approached by Robert, our waiter, who was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and drink selections. Robert was amazing, attentive, and made sure we were all enjoying the food and experience. 5 Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service. Ask for Robert, you won't be disappointed. Upon leaving the manager offered our 4 daughters (all 21 above in age) a birthday shot for her 21st Birthday 🎂 - on the house. Between the greeters, our waiter, the chef and staff, and thoughtful manager - again, a 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience start to finish. We will make this our go 2 restaurant for family + holiday celebrations. Thank you Capital Grille, we had an AMAZING time, and the food, wine, and cocktails....so GOOD! 👍 😋

I have been to other Capital Grille locations and the experience here was the best. Akim provided our table with excellent service and did it with enthusiasm and great smile. Highly receommend this location.

We love CG and have been going for 20+ years. Akim made our latest experience to celebrate my husband's promotion even more incredible.

It's been a while since I had such a memorable meal experience. Everything was on point from the ambiance to the service to the delicious food. I feel like lately, my dining experiences have not been so great, especially when it comes to fine dining. Our server, Nicole, was fantastic and the ambiance was what you would expect and what a an upscale steakhouse. It was elegant, yet cozy and inviting. The noise level was moderate too - I could actually have a dinner conversation at the table without having to shout or strain to hear my husband. The quality of the food was great as were the portion sizes. I will definitely go back!
