We were celebrating our daughter's birthday there. The service person was amazing, very kind, and had attention to details. The food was delicious and portions were huge. Grilled salmon and Tuna salad was delicious 😋😋😋.

There are 2 consistent problems with this specific location: 1. The portions are not true to calories written in the menu. I have found lots of dishes to be about 2x smaller in reality. Misleading.
2. Waiters tend to frequently disappear. You may not see them for 10-15 minutes straight. Once I wanted to order a dessert but couldn't find my waiter, therefore just stood up and got a cheesecake from the counter. She came back and started questioning me on why I didn't ask her to bring the desert.
The other time, a waiter also disappeared but this time around she came back in about 15 minutes like nothing happened. I didn't order anything else and just left.
So in summary: decent food with misleading smaller portions and indifferent waiters (though not all of them) for a hefty price.
Try to avoid this location if possible.

We frequent cheesecake factory, but this was our first visit in washington d c and we had a wonderful factory again. It was a extraordinary male and our service was exceptional. Our server's name was Maria. She was very, very kind, very prompt.You've been given us some ideas of things to see and where to go. She was a very cordial kind host.
Service needs some work, especially the hospitality and friendliness aspects.
Parking: The nearest parking garages are two to three blocks away.

Really love their cheesecake. This restaurant has made my expectations of cheesecake extremely high.
Our biggest mistake was forgetting about their portion sizes. Honestly, everybody could just take one plate of the main course and share among themselves if everyone has small appetites.
Service was decent but the staff keeps making mistakes in our orders. Understand the service staff has other tables to take care of but they seem to never come back and disappeared for a long time.
Would recommend this place just for the food.
