Had dinner here on our last night in DC before flying back home the next day. The servings are huge, definitely enough for two people. I got the teriyaki salmon because I was seriously craving rice (and a bit of Japanese food) while in the US. The salmon was delicious and really satisfied my cravings. I also loved the fresh fruit smoothie, which was super refreshing. As for the cheesecake, it felt more like ice cream and was a bit too sweet for my taste. Great vibes and friendly service!

The place is really good. The server was really friendly and helpful. His name is Juan. Also is pretty close to the white House so if you are having a day in DC just visiting the tourists places, this is a great place to eat.

Disappointed. I arrived at the bar just before 4 which I found out was shift change time so was ignored for a while. After asking for water while I decided, I didn't get that until I put my order in. I ordered my dressing on the side of my salad, and I had to ask 2 staff members to get the dressing after it was served. My favorite chicken Caesar salad was underwhelming. It was the smallest salad I have ever had at The Cheesecake Factory. I was not offered bread and then I sat for more than 15 minutes after I was finished before anyone cleared my plate. I had finished my drink before my food arrived and was not asked if I wanted another one.

I ordered a Salad and I found a peace of broken glass in there. They ofc appologized and replaced the dish but they didn't evem consider any reimburishment for that extreme screwup. I had to demand reimburishment myslelf to get it. If it was a fly or aomething, ok, I couls understand, but broken glass? That could have ben major damage to me. I would expext the cheff to come out and appologize by himself, nothing less then that.

I have given this Cheese cake a bad review because of the host when we walked in was just rude and generally not a nice person. She should not be working at the front desk.
My issue was I needed to charge my phone and asked there was anywhere to plug in a charger and she just said no and rolled her eyes
The same staff member was showing another group to their table and another worker had his hands full of food and she would not move herself to allow him to pass.. she just rolled her eyes. She should not work in hospitality
The staff member who waited our table was amazing. She answered questions and was so good to get our order in and checked up on the table a few times
The cheese burger was ok. Very basic
Salmon was good
Chicken burger was good
Spiced pumpkin desert we shared and it was enough given it was close to 2k calories
I’m not sure I would go to another Cheese Cake factory again after this visit. My last visit a few years back was the same. Staff working in restaurants don’t get paid much and rely on tips if the server gets a bad tip before they won’t give you 100% because they work hard for hardly nothing
From a price stand point this was a tourist trap being a large brand in the USA
But there are so many better options in the area. Before going check out the restaurants near the Caption One stadium Much better options

The food was awesome, the building is super clean and nice and the service was excellent. We had the privilege of having Ty be our server for lunch and he went above and beyond to take care of everything. We really appreciate his service which is a rare commodity nowadays even in the nicer restaurants and it was a nice change.
