I ordered the cardamom latte, which was really nice. However, I did have an experience that put me off — as I was paying, right after I input my payment information, the person at the register reached their hand around to the iPad tip/receipt screen and quickly managed to tap both the highest tip option and the no receipt option, which was then instantly applied to my order. I ended up paying about a 50% upcharge for a pick-up order, since they said they couldn’t undo what happened without trying to redo the entire transaction (which would hold up the line behind me and risk my paying twice for an already overpriced coffee). Just a bit annoying since the incident, while I’d hope was unintentional, was completely unnecessary and avoidable.

Great place to go relax and enjoy a nice cup of coffee. They have indoor and outdoor seating available. Located within a nice quiet little neighborhood and offer gluten free snacks as well.
The only “down” side was that for milk alternatives they only had oat opposed to almond, but my drink was still delicious!
Great spot to read, relax, or get some laptop work done.
I made some little bird friends who were enjoying the crumbs from my gluten free granola :)

how do you mess up an ice latte?!? ;( i would like to be emailed for a refund please
Friendly counterperson. The Danish looked amazing but was just okay. I got their cardamom latte which was tasty. Not a large indoor space, Kind of cramped but there is a couch and a couple armchairs with a coffee table that are nice to relax in for a longer visit. The outdoor patio looks quite nice for warmer weather hangs And would be better for working if that's what you're looking for. It's across the street from an elementary school so there were lots of parents and kids walking by in the early morning. Probably pretty quiet during the summer.
Vegetarian options: Unsure
Dietary restrictions: Didn't ask
Parking: I found a spot right outside the back door
Kid-friendliness: There's some books for kids
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access

I genuinely appreciate their coffee, and it provides an excellent environment for both reading and engaging in conversations. The establishment offers both indoor and outdoor seating options. While their food selections may not be particularly inspiring, they are sufficient to meet basic needs.
For that reason, I purchased a pastry from a nearby bakery and got a latte from the coffee bar. I settled in to enjoy my coffee and work while reading. However, halfway through my pastry and enjoying my latte, a staff member approached me to inform me that outside food is not permitted. She said she could pack my food for me, and then walked away and never came back. Which left me, to say the least, confused. While this policy is understandable, it would be beneficial to have it clearly posted somewhere prior to ordering so that patrons are aware. The targeted nature of this policy left me with a somewhat negative experience. Anyways Seylou has great pastries right down the road!

No wifi or outlets. Tables set up nicely for wfh but must use personal hotspot. I wouldn’t come back for WFH because of this and the outlet sitch, however the drinks (I got a matcha) and atmosphere are great. This would be a great rendezvous spot or date spot.

Wandered by here and stopped in. Small and cool. Great little patio and tucked away the neighborhood across from an elementary school. Coffee was great and they were right there to take my order when I walked in. I drank my coffee and watched the world go by in the patio.

Really standard DC/ hipster coffee shop. But they do a good job of adding personal touches to the decor, additional things you can purchase, and make a good cup of coffee. I remember buying a bag of granola from them that I snacked on for the next few days.
