Went in for dinner last week after work and the place had a relaxed, everyday kind of feel. The menu wasn’t overly complicated, which I appreciated, and it was easy to find something that sounded good. I ordered a classic burger with fries and it came out pretty quick. The burger was cooked right, not dry, and the fries were hot and lightly salted. Service was polite, not overly chatty but attentive enough. Prices felt reasonable for the portion sizes. Seating was comfortable, though it got a bit noisy later on. Overall, a solid spot for a casual meal without any fuss

Though the meals are seasoned well , the servers take so long picking up to serve to customers that the food is cold more times than not.

Second time trying to Coupe, service awful in person and delivery. In person, ignored by the waitress, had to ask for my check. Delivery, did not receive half of my order, no utensils and I did ask, no syrup. Terrible way to start the day on both occasions .

Our last visit to The Coupe presented sub-par food and poor service. We went on New Year's Day around 1:30pm, so we expected it to be busy. However, after we were seated, it took 20 minutes for the server to acknowledge us and bring a menu. Our food took another 30 minutes to arrive and it was cold--the cheese in my omelet wasn't even melted. Blech!

One of the better longtime neighborhood diners in DC. Located close to Columbia Heights Metro, they offer an expansive diner-focused menu that's fairly customizable. Love that they offer breakfast all day. Pleasant service although often stretched thin during busy periods. Space is modern, seating options are pretty healthy although not necessarily recommended for very very large groups.

This burger exceeded my expectations on size and taste. It was beyond delicious, and it filled out the bun too! This will be my go-to spot for a burger whenever I'm in the area.

I absolutely love this little gem! I’ve dined in and used DoorDash for my orders. They never disappoint! Food is fresh and well-prepared. My only issue (occasionally) has been the parking. It can be hit or miss depending on the day. If there were able to find a location that had a parking lot, they’d be unstoppable. However, I love the quaintness this location offers.

Super chill coffe shop that is very inclusive with an attentive and witty staff. The space provides indoor and outdoor seeting, as well as a bar area.

The special Matcha Vanilla-Rose was to die for, as were the poutine-esque Coupe fries among other savory dishes ordered.

Will definitely visit again solo and with friends as The Coupe has a myraid of events and Coctails to try! Thanks for a good time :)

A classic American dinner with very standard food - we had the avocado toasts and pancakes, average.

Felt a bit cheated when the bill came digitally, quickly passed to the paying and tip screen, asked if service was included, was told no and added 20%, to realize after paying that 10% service charge was already charged to the bill… if that’s the practice, it should be transparent, and if they expect 30% for the service, then service should definitely be much better. So be careful when your bill comes!

My drip coffee was mediocre. The breakfast burrito was average, given it was priced more than a nice bagel sandwich at Call Your Mother. Also, I was overcharged for one burrito, flat-white, and a drip coffee, a grand total of 30.00 dollars. It’s an ok place.
