The food and service just isn't very good here anymore. The sciracha wings used to be a tasty and unique offering for example and now the dish looks different, they're dry, and the sauce tastes very generic. The veggie burger is similarly five out of ten. The serve forgot our utensils and the house lager was flat so we sent it back. There's also 10% surcharge on all bills that didn't benefit the servers, according to one of the servers.

I’ve been going here for 7 years and it’s one of favorite neighborhood spots to grab brunch or meet up with friends for coffee. Staff is always friendly and accomodating. Hashbrown bowl is to did for.

This place has drastically fallen off. I used to love bringing friends here and hanging out here. I most recently went for brunch, and the servers seemed like they were inconvenienced by having to be there. They basically ignored you unless you flagged them down, and even then they barely were responsive or conversational. The quality of the food has definitely declined, and I’m not sure why. I was very disappointed with my last visit.

I wish I can them a no star because my food is horrible and not edible. First off I went there to get my mom’s food. She wanted a pork chop cool did that.. But I turn around and order my friend the same thing mind you this is the second time I been here the first time I came customer was so off and weird and just not great customer service but I said it’s late give them grace maybe they are tired right nope. I get the same service again 2 go round but that’s not why they get this review the food I brought is absolutely horrifying to eat I never known that a pork chops can be mushy and when I say mushy my friend can ball it up and make pork chops meat balls and this was grilled not fried🥴 so I’m very confused. I had to call both of my family members to ask them does it suppose to be like that they said no take it back. Now by the time she got her food it was already late because I had running around to do but between the customer service and the food I will never eat there ever and I’m taking back this foo so they can see how mushy this is I pray my mother doesn’t get sick 🤢 nor my friend. I just don’t understand why this is horrible

Service was quite mediocre. The server, who at first seemed to be rushed, although there was probably a total of 4 tables, was not welcoming. I asked a specific question about a substitution and was answered with annoyance and advising they could just leave the item out.
The food was tasty, and hot, but not necessarily outstanding. The lavender latte was also tasty and I liked that it came with 2 animal crackers, but the server delivered it with most of the contents spilled on the tea cup plate.
The table was also very sticky and there was nothing appealing about the inside, floors and baseboards were shabby and chairs/stools were not properly cleaned either. It just seemed the establishment didn't take pride in its appearance.
I will say the hostess was welcoming and let me sit by a window when I asked.

The food was good. The grits were different. I dont know what spin they were going for. But otherwise everything else was good. Service - well I think we sat for about 15min before anyone came over, and that's after we asked for our waiter. But he was nice when he finally came over. Good atmosphere.

Cute, hipster spot up in Petworth. They have a lot of events and the food — especially the brunch is great. I got the potato hash and a kiwi mimosa. Both hit the spot. They have indoor, bar and outdoor seating so lots of options there. Great part of town too.

Y’all this place was so good. I generally had such a great time coming here with my twin for breakfast. The food was amazing literally so good like I can’t get enough of the food and it was just giving everything that needed to be gave in the inside is so cute as well.
I’ve came here at least several times for breakfast and lunch and I stick with the exact same order because I’ve experienced other options on the menu that were not so good to me. Considering my consistency I’m used to the tab amount with tips. Unfortunately I was over charged that I happened to catch on my bank statements. When I asked to speak with a manager to review and address the charges I was told he (Ron) would be out to speak with me. After waiting 10-15 mins he never came to speak with me only sent someone out to write down my name and date. That showed me my business was not appreciated and I was never contacted or refund my money. I do not recommend anyone to come here. The waiters (some not all) lack professionalism and trust. The food is a hit or miss which is why I stick with the same exact meal. Often is just a salad.

The coffee was really good and well made. But, ordering the biscuts and gravy was a mistake. The biscuts tasted sour. Im guessing it might have been a weird one off batch. Which is unfortunte because the gravy was good.
The staff was polite. The outdoor seating area needs some TLC.
