Went there for a dinner with my dad - he is a flavor snob.Immediately, the service stuck out. Our waiter was on us, telling us the house favorites and getting us ready for their margaritas. This place is top tier. My friend and I went on a Friday night and it was super busy, but the kind hostess said she would take our phone number while we waited, and that we could wait for bar seating. Soon another girl said we could have her seat as she was only getting take out, and we began chatting. Best bar period. Food is amazing, service is prompt and helpful. The vibe is local and welcoming. Happy hour prices are fair with their own margaritas on tap, three choice of tacos including a mushroom vegan that's probably the best. Definitely a must if you're in Columbia Heights.
