The cocktail selection is very good, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. I happened in on a night when the kitchen was having a problem, so I can't comment on most of the food. What was available was still quite good. The staff working were very accommodating and understanding and overall seem great.
This place is THE BEST. Amazing atmosphere, fantastic service and knowledgeable bartenders, and food is chefs kiss to top it off. I highly recommend you check this place out if you’re a wine lover!
The Eastern is a wine bar so let's start with the wine list. The list is varied, playful, interesting, and approachable for the novice and engaging to the very knowledgeable. Yeah, the wine part is lovely, one of the best wine bars in the city.
The food is delightful. The Eastern Burger is my current pick for best in the city. The pretzel, hummus, and crudo are also top of the table.
