I just came here to eat with my three children. I sat down seated myself. They bought me a menu and didn’t say anything else. I was not even offered a drink. I sat there for 20 minutes and then I left because still no one offered me a drink or offered me to order any food very unprofessional. There was barely any body in there sitting down, so I don’t understand why they did not want to serve me and my children. I think it was because it was around 5:30 and happy hour was about to end and they did not want to serve us happy hour prices .

The food was trash and the portion was for a kid. The order wasn’t labeled and I ate seafood which I am highly allergic to. We placed a pickup order for pickup at 5:30 we arrived at 5:40 and our food wasn’t ready and then the staff had the nerve to have an attitude. The place was empty and our food wasn’t ready on time. Plus there is no parking so don’t go alone. You may need to double park.

I placed an online pickup order for two grilled chicken burgers and only got a quick look at the place while picking up my food. It seemed a bit hectic, and without a host (but what seemed like a host stand), the pickup process was somewhat confusing. As for the burger, it was just okay-the bread was dry, and the chicken lacked moisture. While this seems like a good spot to grab a drink and watch a game, the food and "organization" of the place left more to be desired.

It with gloves the entire time he was cooking the food, yuck. Our waitress was great she was so sweet and accommodating. The smash patty melt & onion rings were super greasy and the cookie lava sundae was nasty. The ice cream and strawberry lemonade were the only thing that was good. The cookie tasted old like it’s been sitting in an open container, no moistness to it at all. A total waste of money. I went around 10pm 2/7/25.

We were ignored and treated as if we were bothersome when we asked if we could get a drink. Two half filled cups of mixed drinks and $30 later, the bartender only snickered at the mention of how much she skimped on our drinks. Will never return!

Came here after coming from the Smithsonian Museum around 6, the service was absolutely horrible. Waited about 20 minutes for them to take our order, once we ordered drinks we waited another 20 minutes just to be told they were out of the Mai Tai drink. Then I ordered another drink just to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes and this time I reminded the guy and he was like “Oh”….Finally got my drink after waiting another 10 minutes, my partners food came out correctly and I got a burger, but ordered a chicken sandwich. They took it back and then I waited another 15 minutes for it TO BE WRONG AGAIN. You would think that because there were about 8 people including myself and my partner that it wouldn’t be hard to mess up simple orders but you guessed wrong. We just asked for the check as soon as my (wrong) order came out and left because I have NEVER experienced this type of service ever. DO BETTER!

We went here on a Sunday night and it was awful. There was no one else. The drinks were watered down and the audio was delayed from the NFL game on the TV. Service was very rude and the waitress had an attitude with us despite being the only people dinning in the restaurant haha

Very disappointed in the service (or should I say a lack of service) tonight. I came for a nice dinner and drink after a long day. However, I received a horrible experience. After visiting this restaurant multiple times I got great service, would eat, and take my leftovers home. However, tonight they told me up front that if I didn’t eat all my food then no to go containers would be provided. They won’t ever receive business from my family, friends, or me any longer. Such a disgrace!

Dining in for the Veterans Day offer was terrible. The attitude of the server I got was friendly, however the service and treatment overall was poor. I had to stand in a certain area in order for attention to be drawn on to me before choosing a seat & for the customer service to even begin: on the downward spiral. And considering there was a total of less than 10 people present when (4 left shortly after) I ordered, I didn't think it would take more than 5 minutes to receive a complimentary refill, but it took more than 10 minutes basically since they didn't know the standard and questioned if they were supposed to charge for it despite the clear indication on the menu, that I pointed out, then the woman working the front bar did not want to make the drink (again). In the spirit of generosity, but with my visit unnecessarily lasting over an hour - I over-tipped. Truly the experience was deserving of zero dollars. Such a disappointment because I know the restaurant itself is good.
And my visit prior to this was months back earlier this year for a friend date; which I suggested this place realizing it and I were newly in my neighborhood - but the experience was close to equally poor then too!
