I placed an online pickup order for two grilled chicken burgers and only got a quick look at the place while picking up my food. It seemed a bit hectic, and without a host (but what seemed like a host stand), the pickup process was somewhat confusing. As for the burger, it was just okay-the bread was dry, and the chicken lacked moisture. While this seems like a good spot to grab a drink and watch a game, the food and "organization" of the place left more to be desired.

Dining in for the Veterans Day offer was terrible. The attitude of the server I got was friendly, however the service and treatment overall was poor. I had to stand in a certain area in order for attention to be drawn on to me before choosing a seat & for the customer service to even begin: on the downward spiral. And considering there was a total of less than 10 people present when (4 left shortly after) I ordered, I didn't think...

The staff is friendly. The bartenders make good drinks. Becca takes her job seriously and shows great work ethic.

The service: Well, you can't complain when it says Turtle in the name. That's what you get, despite hiring new talent. It's seems it is the culture.

The food: The quesadilla and the chicken tenders are my fave. I would suggest offering a smaller count for happy hour, similar to the kids' chicken tenders.
