Can’t get a cup for your water even after you buy a bottle (no free tap water even if you order food).

The Halal Guys at Union Station in DC. The food was great and fresh, it was a nice alternative to regular “fast food”, the service was great! However, the staff were so hot, because there was no AC. The cook came out, and he was dripping sweat!! The ladies behind the counter were all perspiring like crazy! They were cheerful, but it was muggy in there. And it’s not even a hot day!!

Incredible ‘lunch special’ - $10 ($11 with tax) for small/regular platter with side and drink, 11am - 2pm daily - from Union Station, I got a dish of 4 falafels with salad, rice and sauces, a medium size soda and generous tub of hummus - the best deal I’ve had in the US! And the service was amazing ??

Worst place ever. Basically forced us out 20 minutes before the closing of the restaurant. We said to give us 5 more minutes but 3 of the workers came to our group and said we needed to leave right away. We informed them that there is still 20 minutes left and we will clean up after we eat. However, the workers became aggressive and basically forced us out when we were just eating without any disturbance. Worst customer service ever. The amount of disrespect we received from them was awful.
They kicked us out at 3:30. Said “we don’t sleep here” “go somewhere else” and I was forced to throw half of my food away. Worst service and worst staff ever!?! What is the management doing??? Yuck!!

The best falafel ever! Fair prices and generous portion size. There was a little snag with my order today..no big deal but the manager was quick to make amends and make it right for me. Great resolve and attitude. Super job... and tasty;)!

If you are used to halal food from New york, this is not the place for you. Taste is way too different even though it looks the same

We almost skipped this one because the rating makes it seem "average". I have NO clue what those people are talking about. Our food was absolutely amazing. Exactly what I was looking for in a late night meal.If this review convinced you to try the food and you like it, show them some love. They deserve a higher rating.

This halal food restaurant is located on a busy street and it's difficult to find out a parking. I had combo chicken and gyro platter for lunch. Good amount of food in a Very affordable price. The service was good though the place was crowded.

Halal guys is pretty much standardized between locations. Generally always a solid meal. Customer service could be improved upon.
