Beautiful restaurant with amazing service and delicious food! Easy to find location too. Highly recommend!! Just wish they didn't charge for the bread plate lol. Otherwise it was perfection!
Our waitress, Brie, was fantastic. Friendly and knowledge about the items on the menu. Our poor experience was not her fault. After waiting 45 mins for dinner and having to request to speak with the floor manager, we were told our dining ticket had been lost by the kitchen. The only make up offered was your typical HR apology and an offer for free deserts. While it was a nice gesture, I was not the least bit pleased. Had I not spoken up and gotten frustrated, who knows how long...
I love the Hamilton. Whenever I have people visiting I bring them there. They have such an amazing selection of foods, everyone is guaranteed to find something that they enjoy. Additionally the service is exceptional, and they are very accommodating to food allergies. However depending on the time that you go it can be very very loud so I suggest an early dinner unless you like rowdiness.
