Lovely stay, amazing location with tons of amazing food options in walking distance. Was there during the heatwave and staff brought me not only a fan but also dehumidifier. Unfortunately, you can see that humidity did permeate to the bathroom where you can see some mold spores on the ceiling below. (room 222)

This review is long overdue, but I was reminded today how the Georgetown Ritz, hands down is my favorite of the chain. I have stayed here several times and this weekend I sent two of my employees here for an overnight R&R and within a few hours of arriving there, both were raving about the impeccable service they received. The staff here just has a very welcoming vibe from the moment you step through the doors. You can tell a strong emphasis has been placed on customer satisfaction....
