I recently visited Tiger Fork to celebrate a birthday, and it was exceptional. The service was top-notch and the food was amazing. My entire party complimented the experience, and I will be sure to be back in the future.
Made a reservation online for 7pm on Wednesday (but they had plenty of space at the bar when we arrived). From sitting down, to ordering, to food on our table, it was probably like 10 minutes?!?! Literally the fastest service I've ever experienced at a sit down restaurant IN MY LIFE (and I used to work at CYM when we were throwing bagels at people in like, 10 seconds). The food was AMAZING. We had the crispy eggplant, cucumber salad, and flat noodles with beef. Delicious....
When we arrived I looked in the kitchen and saw no Asian chefs so my expectations were low. Well I was wrong, the dishes we ordered were delicious and on point. Professional service, and proper hygiene were lacking. Saw one of the bartenders change the trash and go straight to making drinks. After that we decided to drink else where.
