Tiger Fork, a trendy spot in Washington D.C.'s Blagden Alley, offers a fusion of Hong Kong street food with a modern twist. The Pork Ribs are tender with bold flavors, Dumplings are perfectly steamed with a savory filling, and the Beef Chow Fun is rich, boasting chewy noodles and juicy beef.
