Pretty solid pad Thai, Mai Thai was a bit lighter than I prefer--but not bad at all! Very fast service, nice restaurant ambience.

I was contemplating between 4 and 5 stars here. I wish yelp had 'half stars.' Take out: I've ordered take out from here twice and have been very pleased with my experience both times. I had the pad see ew and spicy eggplant. Both were very good. Dine in: I came in for lunch yesterday and had a good experience. I ordered a Thai tea and pad Thai noodles. The Thai tea was delicious and the pad Thai was also very good. The pad Thai did taste slightly burnt but not so much so that i didn't enjoy the dish. Pad Thai 4/5 Thai tea: 5/5 Ambiance: clean. Service: good. It wasn't busy so there's one FOH person. He handled front desk, serving and to go orders just fine. He checked on me throughout my time there. Menu: they do NOT have a lunch menu. I read from previous yelpers that they ordered off the lunch menu, but unfortunately they don't have a lunch menu anymore. Other: i came in to eat and work, but right now they do not have WiFi. I was able to use my hotspot just fine. I will be back to try other menu items as i have enjoyed everything I've eaten so far.

What a gem on H street! We got their lunch special and it was such a good deal. The food was delicious, and sizable. The waiter might have also been the nicest man we'd ever met. He gave us great recommendations. We would 100% go here again and then again... and then again... and then some more.

This place exceeded our expectations. I wish I took a picture but after one bite, I devoured my food. I had the Pad See Ew and it was fantastic! They just got their liquor license and the Tiki Moon was amazing. They offer happy hour now until 7. We plan on coming back often.

A great addition to the H St neighborhood! Had the duck curry and it was phenomenal. Prices are excellent and the staff is very friendly. Very quick service as well.

Let me just start off by saying how much I loved this place. It was very clean and the staff we very quick and very nice. The food that I ordered was not only very quick but also delicious. I very much recommend you to go.

The food came out quickly. While there is a small bar with seating, there are no alcoholic drinks at this time since they are working on getting their liquor license. I'm curious to see what kind of drinks they may have in the future! The spicy basil fried rice was actually spicy! Sometimes basil fried rice can be bland but not this one. Not oily with individual rice grains and the plentiful vegetables were well cooked, not mushy. I wish it had more Thai basil but that's my only complaint. I'd happily eat it again! The drunken noodles were sweet and spicy with great flavor. The portion seemed small in comparison to the basil fried rice but be assured that it was more than a portion you would get elsewhere! Pricing was excellent! The service was really helpful if you asked a question and came by pretty soon after we were seated. Bathrooms were clean and easy to find.

Cozy spot on the corner of H street and 13th. Great food, intimate setting, and a great location.

Only ordered pick up so I haven’t eaten in. It was DELICIOUS! Probably the best Thai I have had in a very long time if ever. We ordered Tom Kha, Laab duck, spicy basil fried rice and green curry with chicken and beef. Everything was delicious. I would order the same exact thing again! My new favorite neighborhood restaurant!!! Sorry no pics as we went for it.

As a Thai cuisine enthusiast, I must express my utmost appreciation for the exceptional Pad Thai served at Tiki Thai. The freshness of the ingredients, particularly the succulent shrimp, and the exquisite balance of flavors in the tamarind sauce and noodles were truly remarkable. The meticulous attention to detail and the evident care taken in preparing this dish are highly commendable. Tiki Thai has undoubtedly become my preferred destination for authentic Thai cuisine, and I eagerly anticipate exploring their menu further. For those who share a passion for Thai gastronomy or are seeking an exceptional culinary experience, I wholeheartedly recommend indulging in a delightful meal at Tiki Thai.

Service was good. We got Tom Yum soup, drunken noodles, and duck curry. The soup had way too much tomato paste. It tasted like tomato soup. The drunken noodles were greasy and unappetizing. My stomach felt uneasy the next day. The atmosphere is not pleasant. They had their UberEats bags piled on the table in the front. Overall an unpleasant experience.

Food is good but some of the serving sizes are the smallest i have ever seen for a Thai restaurant.
