It is an absolute necessity to start the day with something truly healthy, so I decided to stay at a hotel close to this location for easy mornings. I grabbed a juice, bowl and alkaline water to go. My coworker visited this location for us to purchase two smoothies. The smoothies were very loose and tasted like water so we returned them wanting refunds. The workers refused a refund stating they don’t provide them and we would have to come back to speak with manager. Which is completely unacceptable! They begin speaking in Spanish to each other and stated they couldn’t provide a receipt the manager would know what we was talking about when we returned tomorrow.

This place reminds me of Pura Vida Miami. The customer service here is great, really nice staff and ambiance! Just know it can take time to get your order. There’s a good amount of seating too if you wanted to bring your laptop. I’d suggest passing on the matcha, it was a hard sip, next time I’d order food/smoothies- which is what they’re known for.
