“I'm glad there is a TSC here in Defiance, Ohio!! I just want you to know that the smoothie I got last Sunday had BIG chunks of food in the bottom. I would appreciate it if your employees would make sure they are blending them well enough.“
“Eating here is a stark contrast to the Tropical at PG Plaza, the employees here are PRESENT and funny and MY BOWL WAS DELICIOUS!!! AND YOU SEE IT REFLECTED IN THE QUALITY OF THE REVIEWS HERE VERSUS PG WHERE THE ONE STAR REVIEW AT PG JUST KEEPS GETTING LONGER AND LONGER... I want so badly for PG to get its act together... It's closer to me, and because it's on the MD side of the line, it's CHEAPER because of the lower tax! It would cost me less in gas!!! My barber is even there.... All that being said, it's ridiculous but I'd rather PAY MORE, DRIVE FURTHER, AND WAIT LONGER, to get my breakfast & lunch here. I appreciate you Market St for redeeming the Tropical brand. 💯💯💯“

Every time I request NO TURBINADO they put thrbinado & when I kindly take my drink back to be remade it’s always something. Today the manager talked about me while I was in the store waiting for my remade order claiming they didn’t put any sugar. I KNOW WHAT SUGAR TASTE LIKE…. & how rude for a manager to talk about a customer in their face. Watch out with these smoothies the sugar content is very high“

“This is my first time visiting tropical smoothie. The atmosphere was relaxed. The workers smiled often and were kind. I ordered the peanut butter and banana smoothie it was so good! Someone shared some with me the other day and I decided to get my own. It was fulfilling! I also ordered the hummus wrap. It was a little more watery than I had vision, but it was tasteful and it satisfied me for the day I will be coming back to this location more often.“
“Idk what they’re doing here, but they’re doing it RIGHT. Consistently over the past 1/2 year we’ve been getting the best smoothies here, out of all the TSCs we visit. It always tastes the most flavorful and fresh when we get smoothies here. 10/10“
