“I visit this specific location atleast 2-3 times a week and Miguel is always pleasant. He basically know my order by heart. Lol also, it seems as if this is the only location that makes my smoothie exactly how I like it. I appreciate the customer service and the cleanliness here. Everyone does an amazing job.“

usually employees are super tired at this time but she was still nice and we have had a smooth conversation with each other. Also, the smoothies are GREAT! I have made my own smoothie and my friend ordered mango monson and I have tasted it was so delicious!!“

“I had a wonderful experience at this Tropical Smoothie in Alexandria thanks to Rahel. I was rushing and accidentally dropped my smoothie right at the counter. I felt mortified, but Rahel immediately put me at ease. Without hesitation, she kindly made me a brand-new smoothie and never once made me feel embarrassed.
Her courteous and hospitable attitude completely turned around what could have been a frustrating morning.
