Is customer service dead in DC?? When shopping in stores especially the Tumi store today Custer service was not there. I needed not water a new carry on but just couldn’t get any direction or help. What a bummer. That said the store was great the luggage is durable but the sales staff just dose t sale.

Received a carry on suitcase as a Christmas gift. Carried it to this store, with the gift receipt, to return and order a different one. The person working said they didn’t know how to do this, and to come back in a couple days when someone working would know how to do it. So I had to carry it home, and bring it back in a couple days to hope someone can do this seemingly routine task.
