We went there 3 evenings in a row. Bar at the top, waiter on Wednesday at the top, waitress on Thursday at the top. On the other hand, the waitress on Friday evening, a STÉPHANIE H, no smile and not pleasant. Too bad for the bar. We will not return for 4 evenings.
Great lunch! On a Saturday afternoon we needed a place to eat and relax after walking the Mall and the Capitol. We hadn't planned to visit the Tune Inn, and to be honest it looked a little tatty from the outside. Undaunted we went on in - friendly service, good food, great beer. It set us up for the rest of the day!
One of the last true dive bars on the Hill! The bar has a lot of character. The staff has been there awhile and a friendly group of regulars are always there. The happy hour specials are a steal.
