We went to dinner at Unconventional Diner and found it to also be unimaginative, unimpressive, unremarkable and underwhelming.

The food was ok. Their burger is listed as a Top 10 burger in DC area and I would strongly disagree. It was a good burger. But the Top 10 rating set expectations that it fell short of. If I wasn’t expecting a great burger, I would have been pleasantly surprised. Expecting a top 10 burger left me underwhelmed.

I picked this place for my mom’s birthday brunch. It was a group of 9 of us together, our food came out in 5 mins (no kidding), we were shocked. Some of our food was cold tho so that was disappointing but overall everyone was satisfied with their food. I got the burger with bacon, it was so good. The drinks weren’t that good tho, I got.
