Brunch boards is a new concept for us but we loved it. Each board is good for 2-3 people. The dynamite shrimp is perfect. Cute pretty ambiance. Can be loud on weekends. Cafe drinks were great.

Great place to take instagram worthy pictures, however the food is underwhelming. During brunch, there are “board” offerings. There was a donut cut in half soaking up the juices from my sliced steak sitting which was sitting and my soggy potatoes were in the middle of said donut,,,, also a pile of grapes, and a cold cinnamon roll beside my eggs. Everything was touching fruit, eggs, steak, donut, cinnamon roll, etc. It looked like Casper’s uncles breakfast spread. Go for the drinks, don’t order the food.

Food was meh. DONT buy the boards because they're filled with grocery store donuts and fruit, making them not worth the cost. They're very limited in actual FOOD food (waffles, eggs, potatoes ,steak) so we had to purchase additional sides . The steak was tough and chewy. Service was alright.

The worst service in all of Washington DC, the customer service was terrible, the food was bad, they gave us the food cold and four people in my group of ten had to cancel the order because of the waiting time, on the other hand, they forced me to close my jacket because according to the restaurant's policies you cannot wear crop top, nowhere in their dress code does it highlight that we cannot wear the style of clothing I was wearing.I do not recommend this place in any way, there are much better options around that place. Don't waste your time to live that bad experience.

I joined a group of 6 to celebrate a friend’s birthday last night. After waiting almost an hour, we had to flag down another waitress to place our order. Note: the tables here have a time limit. The second waitress informed us that she had the kitchen “bump” our order and food for the table started to arrive shortly thereafter.I ordered the dynamite shrimp and almost immediately discovered a hair in my food mid-chew. I mean the hair was really tucked in there. The manager came and cleared the plate - he offered no apology. When my entree came, I couldn’t bring myself to eat it. When asked to clear this plate as well, the manager asked, “what’s wrong now?” I replied, “I lost my appetite.” The manager took the plate then rolled his eyes and shook his head as he walked off.I could go on about the quality of the food presented to the rest of our party or the state of the restrooms, but I digress. If you’re looking for a selfie room, this could be the place for you.

This restaurant is very aesthetically appealing. I love the garden concept as well as the lighting. The service as soon as we walked in the door was exceptional. The young lady at the front made sure to greet us promptly and politely. Even though we didn’t have reservations she saw to it that we got a table. With that being said I would advise to make reservations just in case!Our waitress was also very nice and made sure we were alright through our entire stay. I ordered the chefs special and my partner ordered the grilled salmon entree, we both enjoyed our food.The only ready I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because google is misleading when it comes to this establishment. The google menu is not at all what they serve. The google menu highlights a bunch of different tacos and sandwich options that the restaurant does not provide. So I would surely suggest to the restaurants marketing team that they reevaluate having a google menu just in case this is a place where the menu changes often. I’m glad I still enjoyed the food.Also, the restrooms weren’t in the best of shape. The toilet paper was not on the rolls, 2 stalls had no toilet paper and one stall’s toilet wouldn’t flush.I am confident that with these 2 things being tended to, they would get 5 stars from everyone.

Okay so this place is totally Instagram worthy and the cocktails were good but DO NOT waste your time on the food. It was not impressive. Buffalo dip was edible but the dynamite shrimp were overcooked and the flavor was just off. I was shocked with how cheap the tables, plates, and fake flowers were upon further attention. Won’t be back and won’t recommend.
